1 lb kielbasa (cut into 1/4 inch slices)
1 jar (12 ounces) apricot preserves
2 T lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp ground ginger
In skillet fully cook and brown kielbasa; drain; remove kielbasa from pan and set aside.
In the skillet add the remaining ingredients and cook over low heat till heated through, stirring occasionally.
Return kielbasa to pan and cook 5-6 minutes till heated through.
