1/2 c packed light brown sugar
1 T dry mustard powder
1/2 t ground cinnamon
1/2 t ground nutmeg
1/4 t cayenne pepper
1/2 pound sliced bacon
Line a baking sheet with sides with aluminum foil and set a wire rack over the foil, set aside.
In a shallow bowl, stir together brown sugar, mustard powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and cayenne pepper. Press each slice of bacon into the mixture until coated. Twist each strip a few times and place on baking rack.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until bacon is browned and crisp enough to hold its shape.
