Bacon Wrapped Pineapple
1 pound bacon
1 (20 ounce) can 1 pound bacon
1 (20 ounpineapple chunks, drainedce) can
1 cup brown sugar
Wooden skewers or toothpicks

Ingredients:
- bacon - 1 pound
- pineapple chunks, drained - 20 ounce can
- brown sugar - 1 c
Instructions:
Soak toothpicks in water. Cut bacon slices in half.
Dredge bacon slices in the brown sugar, place one pineapple chunk, on bacon slice and roll up. Secure with a toothpick. When all pineapple chunk are rolled, sprinkle top with remaining brown sugar. Place on a broiler pan sprayed with cooking oil.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Turn broiler on and broil for 3 minutes - watch carefully so the brown sugar doesn't burn.
