Beer Sauced Links
Ingredients:
- Polish Sausage or Hot Dogs - 2 lbs (cooked fully)
- Beer - 1 cup
- Combine
- Brown Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch - 2 T
- Stir in
- White Vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Mustard - 1/4 cup
- Horseradish - 1 T
Instructions:
Cut Polish sausage into 1/2 inch pieces place in saucepan, add beer. Cover and simmer 10 min.
Combine the Brown Sugar and Cornstarch.
Stir in the White Vinegar, the Mustard and the Horseradish.
Pour over the sausages, cook and stir till bubbly.
Serve warm.
