Brie with Caramel and Almonds
Ingredients:
- caramel sauce, for drizzling - 8 ounce jar
- brie - 1 wheel
- sliced almonds, toasted - 1/4 cup
- crackers, your choice -
Instructions:
Place brie in a heatproof dish. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Microwave caramel for 15 - 20 seconds. Spoon caramel over top of brie, sprinkle almonds over caramel. Return brie to the oven for 5 minutes until cheese is warm and gooey. Serve immediately with leftover caramel.
