Bruschetta with Gorgonzola Cheese and Honey
Ingredients:
- baguette bread, cut 1 1/2 inch thick - 1 loaf - 36 slices
- extra-virgin olive oil - 1/4 cup
- honey - 4 T
- Gorgonzola, crumbled - 8 ounces
Instructions:
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 8 - 10 minutes, until bread is crisp.
Place cheese on the toasted baquette, return to oven, bake until cheese is melted, 2 - 3 minutes. Drizzle honey over cheese. Serve immediately.
