1 c cooked, riced cauliflower
1/2 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 t dried oregano
1/2 t crushed garlic
1/2 t garlic salt
olive oil
Chop cauliflower florets into chunks and steam until slightly soft for 15 minutes. Place in ricer.
In a medium bowl, stir together 1 c cauliflower, egg and cheese. Add oregano, crushed garlic and garlic salt, stir. Spread a small amount of olive oil on baking pan and top with parchment paper. Place mixture on parchment paper, pat out into a large rectangle. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add topping.
2 T soft butter
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c grated mozzarella cheese
In a bowl mix together butter and garlic and spread over baked cauliflower bread; top with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses
Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted. Slice and serve with Marinara sauce.
