Cheese Bubble Bread
Ingredients:
- grated Parmesan Cheese, divided - 3/4 c
- grated Swiss Cheese - 1/4 c
- Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing - 3 T
- French Bread - 1 loaf
- butter - 1/4 c
- cloves of Garlic, minced - 2
- paprika - to desired taste
Instructions:
In a bowl combine blue cheese dressing, Swiss and Parmesan cheese, reserve a 1-2 T Parmesan cheese. Slice bread in half lengthwise. In a saucepan melt butter, add garlic until garlic is fragrant. Remove from heat and spread garlic butter over bread halves. Evenly spread cheese mixture over bread, sprinkle with reserved Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 10 minutes until bubbly.
