9 ounce bag of plain Tostitos
5-6 chicken tenders
1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
Dip chicken tenders in ranch seasoning and saute on medium heat until fully cooked. Shred the chicken.
1 c Ranch dressing (recipe below)
4 ounces Monterrey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 c chopped tomatoes
1/4 c chopped green onions
Ranch dressing –
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c mayonnaise
1/3 c buttermilk
1 garlic clove
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
1 T chopped chives
1 t minced fresh dill weed
1 t minced fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl combine all the ingredients for ranch dressing, whisk well.
Place 1/2 of Tostitos on a oven-safe serving plate. Then in the following order spread 1/2 of shredded chicken over chips, 1/2 of the tomatoes and green onions, 1/2 of the dressing, 1/2 of the cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, until all the cheese is melted
