Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients:
- chocolate, (milk, dark or semi sweet) - 16 ounces
- heavy whipping cream - 3/4 c
- caramel ice cream topping - 1/4 c
- Amaretto, Kahlua, Chambord, or liqueur of choice - 2 T
Instructions:
all ingredients in a non-reactive sauce pot over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture is melted and smooth. DO NOT allow to boil or bubble. If desired place in a fondue pot to keep warm.
Serve with your favorite dippers - cake, fruit, marshmallows, pretzels, nuts, graham crackers, etc.
