Cowboy Caviar II
Ingredients:
- Bush's Best black beans, rinsed, drained - 1 can
- Bush's Best black eyed peas, rinsed, drained - 1 can
- Southwest Corn with Poblano & Red Peppers - 1 can
- Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained - 1 can
- onion, diced - 1/2
- avocados, diced - 2
- cilantro, chopped - 1/2 cup
- zesty Italian dressing - 1/2 cup
- garlic salt - 1/2 t
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Season with salt and pepper, if needed. Cover and place in refrigerator until serving time. Serve with cup shaped tortilla chips.
