2 c ketchup
1/2 c light brown sugar
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
2 t Creole mustard
1 t hot sauce
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 c bourbon
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot, stir.
Slice 2 lbs kielbasa into 1/2 inch rounds, place in crock pot and stir.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, until sausage is hot.
