Glazed Kielbasa Bites
Ingredients:
- kielbasa, sliced into ½ inch pieces - 2 pounds
- pineapple slices, in juice, quartered - 14 ounce can
- teriyaki sauce - 3 T
- sweet chili sauce - 1 T
- honey - 1 T
- pineapple juice - 1 T
Instructions:
Place a piece of pineapple on top of each slice of kielbasa, stick a toothpick in them. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil and coated with cooking spray.
In a bowl combine remaining ingredients, brush glaze over tops and sides pineapple and kielbasa.
Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes. Serve hot.
