Greek Pizza
Ingredients:
- refrigerated crescent roll dough - 2 cans
- Marzetti Simply Dressed Greek Feta Salad Dressing - 1/2 cup
- cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces
- garlic powder - 1/8 t
- dill - 1/2 t
- cucumber, peeled, seeded, chopped - 1/2 cup
- tomato, seeded, chopped - 1/2 cup
- kalamata OR black olives, chopped - 1/4 cup
- feta cheese, crumbled - 1/4 cup
Instructions:
Press crescent dough into a greased 15 x 10 inch baking sheet. Press seams together, with a fork, prick entire top of dough. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 13 minutes, until golden brown. Cool completely before topping.
In a bowl, cream together cream cheese, salad dressing, garlic powder and dill. Spread evenly over crust. Top with cucumber, tomatoes, olives and feta cheese. Gently press toppings down into the cream cheese mixture. Cut into triangles; serve immediately.
