Ham and Pineapple Rollups
Ingredients:
- whipped pineapple cream cheese - 8 ounces
- crushed pineapple in juice, well drained - 1 1/2 c
- flour tortillas - 6 (8 inch)
- sliced fully cooked deli ham - 6 ounces
Instructions:
In a bowl mix cream cheese and pineapple until evenly blended. Spread cheese mixture over 2/3 of each tortilla, top with a slice of ham. Roll each tortilla towards the uncovered side of the tortilla. (If necessary seal edge with a dab of cheese mixture.) Wrap tortilla's tightly in foil or plastic wrap, place in refrigerator for 2 hours or more. To serve cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
