Kahlua Pecan Baked Brie
Ingredients:
- whole wheel of Brie - 19 ounces
- Kahlua - 1 c
- light brown sugar, packed - 1 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
Instructions:
Start by carefully slicing the rind off the top of the Brie wheel, do not remove completely. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. (The top can be easily removed after baking to expose the creamy cheese.) Prepare topping while Brie is baking--
In a saucepan, combine Kahlua and brown sugar bring to a boil, simmer for 10-15 minutes, until syrupy consistency. Add pecans to warm through about 2 minutes. Remove Brie from oven, remove top rind and pour Kahlua over the top. Serve warm with crackers.
