Meatball Cups
Ingredients:
- refrigerated crescent dinner rolls - 1 can
- cream cheese, softened - 4 ounces
- Italian seasoning - 3/4 t
- shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
- frozen meatballs - 12
- spaghetti sauce - 1 1/4 cup
Instructions:
Press dough into an 8 x 18 inch rectangle, cut dough into 12 squares. Press squares into 12 greased muffin pan cups.
In a bowl combine cream cheese, Italian seasoning and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Divide cream cheese mixture in the bottom of each muffin cup. Place frozen meatballs on top of cheese; top each meatball with 2 T spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 15 - 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
