Nacho Pinwheels
Ingredients:
- tortillas, plain or spinach flavored - 4 -- 8 to 10 inches
- bean dip - 1/2 cup
- nacho cheese dip - 1/2 cup
- chopped green onions - 3 - 4 T
Instructions:
Spread each tortilla with 2 T bean dip and 2 T cheese dip, sprinkle onions over top.
Tightly roll up tortillas; wrap individually in plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for 1 - 12 hours. To serve cut rolls into 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick slices. Secure with a toothpick.
