1 jar dill pickles (your choice sandwich stackers, slices, spears)
2 eggs
1/3 c flour
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 t hot sauce
1 t garlic powder
1 t Cajun seasoning
1 t pepper
1 1/2 c panko bread crumbs
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and flour. Add Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and pepper. Mix well.
Place panko bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Dunk each pickle slice into the egg mixture, than into the panko bread crumbs.
Spray a cooling rack with non-stick cooking spray and place on cookie sheet.
Place coated pickles on cooling rack. Place pan in the middle rack of the oven.
Broil on high approx. 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with Ranch dressing and if desired a dash of hot sauce mixed together.
