8 slices bacon
1/4 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c finely chopped pecans
Line cookie sheet with foil. Place wire rack on foil. Lay bacon in single layer on rack. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
In small bowl, stir together brown sugar and pecans. Turn bacon over; sprinkle with brown sugar mixture.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Cool and enjoy!
