Pretzel Pops
Ingredients:
- pecans - 2 cups
- white chocolate chips - 1 cup
- chocolate chips - 1 cup
- butterscotch chips - 1 cup
- brown sugar, packed - 1 cup
- butter - 1/4 cup
- vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
- whipping cream - 2 cups
- pretzel rods - 25
Instructions:
Coarsely chop chips and pecans; set aside.
In a saucepan, combine and bring to a boil over medium heat, brown sugar, butter and whip cream, simmer, stir constantly, for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Cool for 15 - 20 minutes, until slightly thickened. Dip 1/3 of each pretzel into caramel (brown sugar mixture). Let extra caramel drip off. Spoon nut mixture over caramel pretzel. Stand pretzel in a glass until caramel is set.
