1 baguette (cut into 24 thin slices)
2 cloves of garlic, peeled
3 T olive oil
8 ounces of fresh mozzarella, sliced
6 slices of prosciutto, thinly sliced
sea salt & cracked pepper
fresh basil, chopped
Brush the bread with olive oil on one side and broil 1-2 minutes. Cool slightly, rub garlic on each slice.
Top each slice with prosciutto and mozzarella. Broil for 2 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt. Remove and season with salt, pepper and fresh basil.
Serve hot
