Queso
Ingredients:
- lean ground beef, browned and drained - 3/4 pound
- Velveeta, cubed - 2 pounds
- Rotel, drained (your choice original, mild, or hot) - 2 - 10 ounce cans
- diced, roasted green chiles - 7 ounce can
Instructions:
In a skillet heat oil over medium-high heat, saute onion and pepper until lightly brown and soft. Place in slow cooker.
In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, drain fat, place meat in slow cooker. Add Rotel and jalapenos. Add cubed Velveeta. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted, stir occasionally to combine ingredients.
Serve with tortilla, corn chips, etc.
