Ranch Roll-ups
Ingredients:
- cream cheese, softened - 16 ounces
- dry ranch dressing mix - 1 package
- finely chopped red peppers - heaping 1/2 cup
- finely chopped green onions - 1/4 cup plus 3 T
- chopped black olives - 2.25 ounce can
- flour tortillas - 4 - 12 inch
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, dry ranch mix, peppers, onions and olives. Place tortillas on work surface; divide cream cheese mixture evenly over tortillas and spread; just shy of the edges.
Roll up tortillas; wrap tightly in plastic wrap, place in refrigerator overnight. Slice into ¼-inch slices; serve.
