Roast Beef Tartine
Ingredients:
- deli roast beef, sliced thin - 1 pound
- cocktail size Pumpernickel bread - 1 package
- whole gherkins, sliced in half lenthwise - 12.5 ounce jar
- Horseradish Sauce -
- salt and pepper - to desired taste
Instructions:
Place bread squares on a cookie sheet, toast bread under broiler for about 2 minutes on each side. Spread horseradish on each slice of bread. Place a half slice of roast beef (or desired amonut) on sauce. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place a gherkin on top. Serve.
