2 (10 count) cans flaky biscuits (Grands Jr, etc)
1 lb sausage
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
In a bowl mix uncooked sausage and cheese until well blended. Shape into 40 balls of equal size.
Separate each biscuit into two layers, making 40 biscuit layers. Press one layer of biscuit into each cup of greased mini-cupcake pan.
Place sausage ball in each biscuit cup. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until biscuits are browned.
