Spicy Barbecue Kielbasa
Ingredients:
- ketchup - 2 cups
- light brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 T
- creole mustard - 2 t
- hot sauce - 1 t
- onion, finelychopped - 1 medium
- bourbon - 1/2 cup
- kielbasa, cut into 1 inch rounds - 2 pounds
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover, cook on low for 4 - 5 hours, until sausage is hot.
