Texas Sushi
Ingredients:
- cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces
- Chipotle Tabasco Sauce - 1 T
- bacon, cooked crisp, chopped - 3 slices
- green onions, chopped - 3
- chopped black olives - 1 T
- cracked black pepper - to desired taste
- flour tortillas -
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese and tabasco; mix well. Add bacon, onions, olives and black pepper. Spread 1 - 3 T of mixture onto a tortilla and roll tortilla up, tightly. With a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortilla into 6 - 8 pinwheel slices.
Arrange on serving plate; cover and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
