Tiramisu Dip
Ingredients:
- mascarpone cheese - 12 ounces
- ricotta cheese - 8 ounces
- sugar - 1/2 c
- brewed espresso - 2 T
- Kahlua or Marsala - 2 T
- cocoa powder - 1 t
- finely chopped bittersweet chocolate - 1/2 c
Instructions:
In a bowl, whip mascarpone with a whisk attachment, on low speed until smooth, about 30 seconds. Add ricotta, sugar, espresso and Kahlua. Increase speed to high and beat until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes.
Pour into a shallow 1 quart serving dish and dust with cocoa and sprinkle chopped chocolate over cocoa.
Serve with assorted cookies or strawberries.
