Tortilla Pinwheels
Ingredients:
- cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces
- sour cream - 1 c
- chopped black olives - 4 ounce can
- chopped green chilies - 4 ounce can
- red bell pepper, finely diced - 1/2
- diced green onions - 1/2 c
- shredded cheddar cheese - 1 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 t
- salt and pepper - to desired taste
Instructions:
With a mixer, cream the cream cheese, mix in sour cream. Use a wooden spoon stir in remaining ingredients.
Divide cheese filling evenly and spread over 5 - 10-inch tortillas (plain or flavored). Roll up the tortillas as tightly as possible without squeezing out the filling. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator, until cold, at least a couple of hours.
When ready to serve, cut the ends off the tortilla wraps and slice the remaining roll into 3/4 inch slices; arrange on a serving platter. Serve with your favorite salsa.
