Banana Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients:
- banana - 2
- milk - 1 cup
- dried coconut flakes - 1/2 ounce
- almond butter, no salt - 3 T
Instructions:
Cut bananas into 1/2 inch slices, wrap bananas in a single layer with plastic wrap, place in freezer until firm. In a blender, blend until smooth milk, almond butter, frozen banana slices, vanilla and coconut.
