Caramel Mocha Creamer
Ingredients:
- half & half - 1 1/2 cups
- instant coffee - 2 t
- dark cocoa powder - 2 T
- caramel ice cream toppint - 1/4 cup
- coarse sea salt - 1 t
- sweetened condensed milk - 14 ounce can
Instructions:
In a saucepan, on low heat, whisk together half & half, instant coffee and cocoa powder until dissolved. Stir in caramel, sea salt and condensed milk. Remove from heat; cool. Pour into a jar, cover jar, place in the refrigerator. Shake well before adding it to coffee. Use by the expiration date on half & half.
