Chilly Irishman
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Ingredients:
- ice - 2 c
- cold espresso coffee - 4 ounces
- Kahlua - 2 ounces
- Irish Whiskey - 1.5 ounces
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 chilled glasses.
Garnish with cocoa nibs or shaved chocolate.
