Coconut Orange Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- light corn syrup - 1/8 c
- shredded coconut - 1/4 c
- ice - 3 c
- orange juice - 1 c
- cream of coconut - 1/4 c
- light rum - 1/2 c
- maraschino cherry -
Instructions:
Pour corn syrup a plate. Place coconut on a second plate. Dip the rim of a glass in corn syrup, then in the coconut.
In a blender add ice, orange juice, rum and cream of coconut, blend until smooth. Pour into the coconut rimmed glass and top with a maraschino cherry.
