Coffee Punch
Ingredients:
- (must use) WHOLE milk - 1 gallon
- vanilla ice cream - 1/2 gallon
- chocolate ice cream - 1/2 gallon
- instant coffee - 2 ounces
- sugar - 2 cups
- water - 1 cup
Instructions:
In a saucepan, mix together coffee, sugar and water and heat until melted. Place in mixture in the refrigerator (the liquid will get kind of syrupy.)
Before guests arrive, pour chilled syrup in cold punch bowl. Add gallon of milk. Place scoops of ice cream into the punch; stir. (Ice cream doesn’t have to melt all the way, it serves as the ice.) Serve
