Frozen Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
- vanilla, chocolate OR hazelnut ice cream, slightly softened - 1 quart
- very strong hot chocolate, chilled - 1 1/4 c
- whipped cream, chocolate shavings or other desired toppings -
Instructions:
Place serving cups and mixing bowl in the freezer for 30 minutes to get cold. Place softened ice cream into mixing bowl, mix on low speed to break up lumps. Add hot chocolate and mix until mixture looks like soft serve ice cream.
Place mixture into serving cups, garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, etc. Serve immediately.
