Kahlua Shots
Ingredients:
- mini ice cream cones - 12
- milk chocolate chips - 1 1/2 cup
- chocolate sprinkles - 1/2 cup
- Kahlua liqueur - 1/2 cup
- vanilla ice cream, softened - 1 cup
- Cool Whip, thawed - 1 cup
- maraschino cherries - 12
Instructions:
Melt the chips and completely coat the bottoms and insides of the cones. Turn cones upside down on parchment paper to allow excess chocolate to drizzle out. Dip the rim of each cone in melted chocolate, then immediately in chocolate sprinkles. Set aside, right side up, let chocolate harden.
To serve - in a bowl, whisk Kahlua and ice cream together until smooth and foamy. Pour mixture into each cone, top with Cool Whip, sprinkles and a cherry. Serve immediately.
