Pina Colada Float
Ingredients:
- Bacardi Mixers Pina Colada Frozen Concentrate - 10 ounce can
- Seltzer water - 2 1/2 cups
- white rum - 1/2 cup
- ice - 2 cups
- vanilla ice cream -
- pineapple chunks - garnish
- maraschino cherries - garnish
Instructions:
In a blender, combine frozen concentrate, seltzer water, rum and ice; blend until smooth.
Place 2 scoops of ice cream into 4 tall glasses. Pour Pina Colada mixture over ice cream. Garnish with pineapple chunks and maraschino cherries threaded on a skewer. Serves 4 - 6.
For a non-alcoholic float-- leave out the Rum.
