Pina-Rita
Ingredients:
- cream of coconut - 1 c
- coconut tequila - 1 c
- pineapple tidbits - 1/2 c
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c
- juice of half a lime -
- ice - 3 - 4 c
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until ice is crushed. Pour into a margarita glass, garnish with a lime slice.
