3/4 c sugar
1/2 c butter, softened
2 eggs
2 medium bananas (mashed)
1/2 t vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
1 c chopped walnuts
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/4 t ground cinnamon
In a bowl combine sugar, butter and eggs. Beat at medium speed, until creamy. Reduce speed to low; add banana and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Pour batter into greased and floured 8×4-inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan. Place onto wire cooling rack.
