Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
Ingredients:
- white cake mix - 1 box
- instant lemon pudding - 3.4 ounce box
- warm water - 1 cup
- eggs - 4
- canola oil - 1/2 cup
- poppy seeds - 4 tsp
Instructions:
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil, beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in poppy seeds.
Pour into two greased 9 x 5 inch bread pans. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
Yield: 2 loaves
