1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c oil
2 T water
1 (3 oz) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
1 c sour cream
1/2-1 t green food coloring
1 t almond extract
3/4 c chopped walnuts
Mix all ingredients together, blend well. Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
