Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- uncooked quick cooking oats - 2 cup
- brown sugar, packed - 1/2 cup
- dried fruit (your choice) - 1/3 cup
- chopped nuts - 1/4 cup
- cinnamon - 2 T
- baking powder - 1 t
- milk - 1 1/2 cup
- applesauce - 1/2 cup
- banana, chopped (opitional) - 1 very ripe
- oil - 2 T
- egg, beaten - 1
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients. In a second bowl, mix together wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry, stirring gently until mixed.
Grease a 8 inch baking dish; pour in batter. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
