ham (sliced thin)
(Optional) Scallions or what ever you like with your eggs
Grease a cupcake pan.
Optional -scallions, mushrooms, green peppers, etc
Place 1 or 2 slices of ham into each muffin cup.
Fill ham cups; for whole eggs, crack egg and put in ham cup. Garnish with scallions if desired. For scrambled eggs, place egg in bowl and beat before placing it into ham cups. Optional ingredients scallions, mushrooms, peppers, etc can also be added to the scrambled egg. Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 400 degrees and bake for 10- or however well you like your eggs.
