your favorite french toast batter
3 strawberries
2 T Mascarpone Cheese
2 T Nutella
Cut bread slices into hearts. Prepare french toast batter and brown the bread on both sides.
Cool for a few minutes.
Spread cheese on 2 slices of toast, lay 1 slice on serving plate, cheese side up. Place 1/2 of the strawberries on the cheese. Spread Nutella on both sides of the third piece of toast and place on top of strawberries; place remaining strawberries on Nutella and top with slice of toast, cheese side down.
Top with whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Makes 1 serving.
