Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients:
- powdered sugar - 8 - 10 cups
- butter, softened - 1 cup
- vanilla - 2 t
- milk - 1/2 cup
Instructions:
Cream together ½ of the powdered sugar and butter, beat in vanilla and milk on medium speed until smooth. Add powdered sugar to reach desired spreading consistency. Beat for 2 minutes.
