Chocolate Whipped Cream
Ingredients:
- heavy whipping cream - 1 cup
- Swiss MIss hot chocolate mix - 1/2 cup
Instructions:
Place metal bowl and whisk in freezer for 15 minutes or until very cold. Pour cream into bowl, beat on high for 2 minutes. Add cocoa mix, continue beating until stiff peaks form. Store covered in the refrigerator. Use as a filling or frosting.
For a dark chocolate taste, use Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Hot Cocoa mix.
