Edible Paint Icing
Ingredients:
- cold water - 1/4 c
- meringue powder - 3 T
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- food coloring -
Instructions:
In medium bowl, whisk together water and meringue powder until foamy. Whisk in powdered sugar until smooth, stir in food coloring.
Use immediately to paint cookies
