Fudge Frosting
Ingredients:
- unsweetened chocolate - 2 - 1 ounce squares
- sweetened condensed milk - 14 ounce can
- salt - pinch
- water - 1 T
- vanilla extract - 1/2 t
Instructions:
In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, melt chocolate, condensed milk and salt. Cook, stir until it thickens, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in water; cool. Stir in vanilla. Store at room temperature. Spread on cooled cake or cookies.
