Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
- cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- pure vanilla extract - 2 t
- heavy cream - 2 cups
Instructions:
In a bowl combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mix on medium speed until smooth. Continue whipping, slowly pour in cream. Scrape bowl a couple of times continue to whip until frosting can hold stiff peaks.
